Someone once described this beach house as what the Swiss Family Robinson would have done if Nicaraguan Craftsman’s had been on hand to. Unseen from the beach the Family house is tucked in on a small hill behind the tamarind trees on the beach. It bears built witness to many of the iconic ideas that were later developed into the unique architecture of the Morgan’s Rock Hotel. Each of the phases of building since 1995 have explored the balance between creating wonderful spaces for family vacations whilst maintaining careful equilibrium with the privileged surroundings.
